Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to address your concerns. Please note that poor quality or low-resolution photos uploaded are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund.
